She provided very good insights on the property overview and her knowledge in guiding me what to do next really ensure that my place is rented out in no time. Despite the current covid climate, I was skeptical that my place could be rented out in a short span of time. To my surprise, she told me next day that offers start coming in after listing which is on the next day. Amazingly my place is rented in 3 days!!!! I’m very happy with her service. If you need someone to that is as dedicated in renting out your place .... she is the one!!!!

Jianting is very professional in providing the right information and guidance during this covid19 challenging times. JT Goh is soft spoken but with good knowledge the processes and the business environment of the property market. She pairs very well with her colleague, Patrick Poon when selling my condo. She is always punctual with appointment, acts with professionalism and is polite to everyone. JT listened and remembered all my requirements of the rental place I wished for after selling my condo. I was so impressed that she found the rental unit within 1 week of my request and I signed the tenancy agreement at my asking price and at my desired location. Being a first time tenant, JT took care of all the nitty gritty for me. I remembered the landlord was trying to convince me to switch utilities seller, and JT put a stop to that when she knew it was not to my advantage. I am confident to leave everything to her as I know she puts my interests first. I am very happy to have JT as my agent and will recommend anyone to her. Good Job JT! 👍
